Welcome to the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Payment Service, an easy and secure way to pay your hospital bills. All information will be kept secure and confidential. For your convenience, we offer the ability to pay your bill online through SGCMH Patient Portal. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.

How to Sign Up for SGCMH Patient Portal

SGCMH Patient Portal offers secure online access to your medical records, making it easier to manage your health anytime, anywhere. With SGCMH Patient Portal, you can view test results, message your care team, schedule appointments, and manage and pay your medical bills all in one place.

Signing up is Simple:

  • Click here on SGCMH Patient Portal and select “Create Account.”
  • Enter your personal information and submit the form.
  • Choose username and password to complete your setup.

To Pay Your Bill Online Through SGCMH Patient Portal, Follow These Steps:

  • Sign in to SGCMH Patient Portal.
  • Click on “Billing” and select “Make a Payment.”
  • Your accounts and amounts due will be listed.
  • Select to either pay the total amount or pay other amount options. – if selecting the “Pay Other Amount” option, you must manually enter the payment amounts for each account you wish to pay.
  • After you make your selection, click Next at the bottom of the page.
  • Next you will enter your credit/debit card information along with the billing information associated with the card. Then select “Pay”.
  • After submitting the payment, a receipt will generate and will also be sent to the email address linked to your SGCMH Patient Portal account.

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital encourages you to contact our Patient Accounts office if you cannot pay the full balance due.
